Alfred Eugene "Gene" Killebrew. 89. of Dresden, TN, died Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services were Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.

Gene was born in Weakley County, TN to the late Coley Eugene and Dezzie Mai Summers Killebrew. He was a member of Southside Church of Christ, Dresden American Legion Post 94, was a retired Local 89 Dealers' Transport driver from Louisville, KY, former employee of Mister B's Menswear in Dresden, and a World War II Navy Veteran. He married Joyce Reagan on January 26, 1974. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother Elbert Eudene "Dene" Killebrew.

Gene is survived by his wife of 41 years Joyce Reagan Killebrew; four nephews, 2 nieces and several grand nieces and nephews.
