Mrs. Barbara Pierce age 71, of Martin, TN. died Thursday, August 20th, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, TN. Funeral services for Mrs. Pierce were Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 11:00AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Eastside Cemetery in Martin,TN.

Mrs. Pierce was born August 25, 1943 in Palmersville, TN to the late Raymond and Lottie Mae Watson Hodges. She was a seamstress for Martin Manufacturing Company and Baptist by faith.

Mrs. Pierce was the widow of Joe T. Pierce, Sr., the mother of Teresa (Michael) Alexander, Phillip (Misty) Pierce, and Joe T. (Kiim) Pierce Jr. all of Martin, TN. Mrs. Pierce is also survived by her brother, Joe Hodges, sister, Wanda Hodges, both of Dresden, six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
