Barbara Ann Rushing

Barbara Ann Rushing (Snider) age 76 of Martin, died on December 1, 2020 at Baptist Memphis Hospital East.  Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday 12/4/2020 at 3:00 pm in Travis Chapel Cemetery in Dresden.  Friends may gather in Travis Chapel Cemetery just prior to the service beginning at 3:00 pm.  Visitation is private for the family only.  Barbara Ann Rushing was born on September 11, 1944 to the late Coy and Elsie Scott Snider in Chicago, IL.  She was employed as a Head Start Teacher in Dresden.  She is survived by her husband, James Rushing of Martin, her son, Kenny (Samantha) Presley of Dresden, her step-son, Brad Rushing of Oakland, TN., her step-daughter, Kim (Kenny) House of Murfreesboro, TN., her sister, Gail Rogers of Dresden, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Dale Snider.
