Betty Lou Winstead

Betty Lou Winstead, 74 of Dresden, passed away Monday January 10, 2022 at Weakley County Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Friday January 14, 2022 at Palmersville Baptist Church at 11am. Burial will be in Acree Cemetery near Austin Springs. Visitation will be Thursday evening at Bowlin Funeral Home from 4pm until 7pm, and Friday at the church from 10am until service time at 11am. Betty was born February 20, 1947 in Palmersville to the late Harding and Opal Price Ainley. She is survived by her sons Allen (Melanie) Winstead, David (Candice) Winstead, Freddie (Marie) Winstead and William (Hannah) Winstead, a brother Harding Gale Ainley, sisters Barbara (Lee) Westbrooks and Lee Berfield, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie David Winstead, sister Marie Ainley and one grandchild.
