Billie Joe "Joby" Sexton, 79, of Dresden, TN died Sunday, August 3, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Sexton were Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery.

Mr. Sexton was born July 3, 1935 in Martin, TN to the late James Robert and Ima Lois Roberts Sexton. He was a self employed HVAC business owner for 49 years and a Baptist by faith.

Mr. Sexton is survived by his wife, Joyce Jean Bradley Sexton of Dresden, son; Danny (Lacey) Sexton of Dresden; daughters, Debbie Wilson of Martin, Jackie (Jorge) Diaz-Albertini of Miramar, FL and Diane (Warren) Sorrell of Dresden. He is also survived by brothers, Tommy (Margie) Sexton of Chicago, IL, Jerry (Margie) Sexton of Dresden and Larry (Joy) Sexton of Martin and sister, Mary (Charles) Nethery of Martin, TN along with seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, James H. Sexton.
