Billy G. Washburn

Billy G. Washburn age 67 of Martin, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Washburn were held on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 at 2:00 PM inside Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden. Bro. Darrell Pollock offciated the services. Mr. Washburn was born to the late James Louis Washburn and Agnes Marie Edmaiston Washburn in Elbridge, TN. He is survived by his wife Brenda Washburn; of Martin, TN; daughters; Amanda Leigh Baggett; of Mt. Pleasant, TN. and Candace Joy Walker; of Dresden, TN. He leaves behind 2 brothers; Jimmy (Shirley) Washburn, of Sharon, TN.; and David (Sherry) Washburn; of Shellbyville, TN.; his 3 sisters; Helen (Larry) Winston; of Dresden, TN.; Doris Jones of Dresden; and Connie (James) Klutts of Sharon, TN. He is also survived by three loving grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers; "Bunky" Washburn, Delbert Wasburn, Norman Washburn, and two sisters; Rosie Hamm, and Velda Garner.
