Brenda Joyce Mullins

Brenda Joyce Mullins of Martin, TN went to be with the Lord on February 20th, 2023 surrounded by her family. Visitation will be held Friday, February 24th at 1:00 pm followed by the funeral at 3:00 pm at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden, TN. There will be a graveside service to follow at Eastside Cemetery.

Brenda was a beautiful, creative soul with a contagious laugh. She was loved by all that knew her and a light in everyone’s life she met. She was a retired real estate agent, a devout christian, and a faithful member of Cypress Creek Baptist Church.

She never missed a chance to enjoy the little things in life. She enjoyed all things that sparkled, the Red Hat Society, her flowers in bloom, and gardening. She never passed up sharing a good recipe and especially the ones she could enjoy with her family.

She was so proud of the life her and her husband of 53 years created together. Their home and land were outpouring with love. She lived out her favorite motto everyday - “live, laugh, and love.” Her faith and family were the most important things in the world to her.

She was born September 7th, 1950 in Martin, TN to Robert and Frances Pierpoint. She is proceeded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her loving husband, Fayette Mullins; her daughter Melissa (Chad) Brundige, her son David Mullins; and her two grandchildren Michael Brundige and Caitlyn (Cody) Caksackkar.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Brenda’s name to Cypress Creek Baptist Church.
