Carol Ann Baker (Christianson)

Carol Ann Christianson Baker, 75, of Medina, TN, formerly of Dresden, TN, died Monday, June 30, 2014 at the NHC Healthcare Center in Milan, TN. Funeral services were Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden, TN.

Mrs. Baker was born April 9, 1939 in Chicago, IL to the late Hans E. and Esther Marie Cornell Christianson. Carol was a housewife and a member of Dresden First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Dewayne "Wayne" Baker.

Mrs. Baker is survived by five sons, Steve (Teresa) Baker of Greenbriar, TN, Brian (Lynn) Baker of Ocean Springs, MS, Kevin (Donna) Baker of Southaven, MS, David Baker of Prattville, AL, and Jeff (Nichole) Baker of Medina, TN; 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a sister, Karen (Terry) Meger of Port Barrington, IL.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Dresden First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 105 South Church Street, Dresden, TN 38225.
