Charlene Steele Carroll, 78 of Dresden, passed away Sunday February 12, 2023 at Weakley County Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday February 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Bowlin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday February 18, 2023 at Bowlin Funeral Home from 11 am until service time at 1 pm. Charlene was born in Martin, TN on February 5, 1945 to the late Charles Pharris and Ruth Eleanor Brooks Steele. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kim Carroll
