Charles Edward Griffith

Charles Edward Griffith age 89 of Palmersville, TN., died on December 6, 2020 at Murray Calloway County General Hospital.  Funeral services for Mr. Griffith will be held on Thursday, 12/10/2020 at 2:00 p.m. in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery near Latham.  The family will receive friends at Bowlin Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.  Bro. Mark Abbott and Bro. Donald Doster will officiate the service.  Charles Edward Griffith was born on April 14, 1931 to the late Willis Griffith and Madgie Laws Griffith in Palmersville, TN. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 64 years, he drove a fork lift truck most of his life.  He retired from M.T.D. Products in 2011, after 26 years of service.  He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae McDaniel Griffith of Palmersville, TN., his sons, Dwayne (Beverly) Griffith of Dresden, TN., Joel Griffith of Clarksville, TN., his daughter, Treva (Hugh) Berryman of Arrington, TN., one sister, Julia (Joe) Nell Blincoe of Madras, Oregon, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Griffith.
