Charles Edward Hazlewood

Charles Edward Hazlewood age 80 of Martin, died on April 10, 2018 in Union City. Funeral services for Mr. Hazlewood were held on Sunday, April 15th in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM with burial that followed in Eastside Cemetery in Martin. Charles Edward Hazlewood was born on June 10, 1937 to the late Austin Crockett and Lorene Bunton in Martin. Mr.Charles was a farmer and a member of Johnson Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his sons; Mark (Melanie) Hazlewood of Martin, Mike (Renee) Hazlewood of Benton, TN., Jackie Adams of Nashville, Ricky (Cindy) Adams of Symrna, and Jeff (Dana) Adams of Murfreesboro. He also leaves behind his daughter; Tammy (Ronnie) Craddock of Martin, 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife; Georgia Ary Hazlewood and his daughter; Linda Buchanan.
