Claude Eugene "Gene" Perkins

Claude Eugene Perkins, age 91, of Dresden, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. Funeral services will be held Saturday February 12, 2022, at 1:00pm at Bowlin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Macks Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00am until service time at 1:00pm. Mr. Perkins was born August 29, 1930, in Mayfield, Kentucky to the late Osa and Sarah Shobe Perkins. Mr. Perkins is survived by his wife, Robbie Perkins, sons Ronald (Deborah) Perkins and Donald Perkins, his daughter Carol (Buddy) Bell, one brother Ray Perkins of Mayfield, KY and four grandchildren Cody (Natalie) Perkins, Colleen Perkins, Monica (James) Owen and Jordan Bell. Mr. Perkins was a United States Air Force veteran. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Dresden First Baptist Church building fund or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at 105 West Park Drive #415 Brentwood, TN 37027.
