Debra Kay Bradberry, age 71 of Martin, TN, passed away on May 29, 2026, at Weakley County Nursing Home, surrounded by her family. She lived a full and meaningful life, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Debra was born in Chicago, IL. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving sons, Steven Dale Walters and Brian (Corrie) Bradberry. She also leaves behind her devoted daughters: Amanda (Bryan) Campbell, Katerina (Vi) Kong, and Jennifer Mansfield. Debra’s family extended to numerous grandchildren—fifteen in total—and nine great-grandchildren who all brought joy to her life.
Her siblings who remain include her brother Mike (Pam) Skelton, as well as her sisters Jeanie (Frank) Walters, and Cindy Turnbow. These close family members shared many special moments and stood by her throughout her life and in her final days.
Debra’s parents, Vernon Skelton and Irene Dildine, preceded her in death, as did her daughter Kimberly Walter and her sister Wanda Gacke. Though deeply mourned, their memories continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved them.
Family, friends, and all who knew Debra are invited to honor her memory with a visitation at Bowlin Funeral Home, located at 279 W Main St, Dresden, Tennessee, 38225. The visitation will be held over two days: Monday, June 1, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, and Tuesday, June 2, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM until noon. Her funeral service will follow on Tuesday at 12:00 PM, officiated by Bro. Steve Perry. After the service, Debra will be laid to rest at Eastside Cemetery in Martin.
Debra Kay Bradberry’s loving spirit and the strength of her family will carry her memory forward. While her presence will be missed, the impact she had on those around her will remain treasured forever.
