Debra "Debby" Kay Darnell passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at her home. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Bowlin Funeral Home beginning at 4:00pm until 7:00pm and again on Friday, September 6, 2024, beginning at 10:00am until service time at 11:00am with burial to follow in Tansil Cemetery in Sharon. Debby was born to the late John Borneman and Dorothy Shopher in Martin, TN. She is survived by her husband Johnny Darnell; daughters Amanda (the late Jeff) Malin and Krista (Ben) Matthews; step-son William Darnell; brothers Jeff (Vicki) Borneman and Ronny (Darla) Parham; sister Theresa Davison; sister-in-law Debbie Parham; grandchildren Katy Totty, Natalie Malin, Wesley Matthews, Layla Matthews, and step-grandchild Dylan Darnell; and a great grandchild Monroe Herndon. She is preceded in death by her first husband Gary Wiley; stepfather Joe Parham; son-in-law Jeff Malin; and brother Ricky Parham.
