Debra Ann (Lackey) Dowdy, age 62 of Dresden, died on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Milan General Hospital. Debra Ann Dowdy was born December 24, 1958 to the late Jerry and Joann (Strickland) Lackey in Savannah, TN. She was a CNA at Volunteer Hospital in Martin for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Amy Riggins and her former husband Dale Riggins both of Dresden.
A "Celebration of Life Service" will be held Friday, November 5, 2021, at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
