Donald Bryan "Butch" Strickland, Jr. 56, of Dresden, TN died Wednesday September 12, 2012 at his home in Dresden. Funeral services were Friday September 14, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.
Butch was born in Memphis, TN on June 5, 1956. He was an Office Assistant for the Weakley County Office on Aging / Dresden Senior Center. He was also a member of Dresden First Baptist Church and the Dresden Elks Lodge #2373.
Butch was preceded in death by his father Donald Bryan Strickland, Sr.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Joyce Lochridge (Buck) Hurt of Dresden; a stepbrother, Stan (Teresa) Hurt of Knoxville, TN; and a stepsister, Pam Hurt of Brentwood, TN.
