Dorothy Jean Parham

Dorothy Jean Parham, 84 of Paris, TN, formerly of Dresden, passed away Friday, September 13, 2019, at AHC Healthcare in Paris, TN. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at 11 am at Bowlin Funeral, with Bro. Kerry Shopher, and Bro. Raymond Eaton officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening at Bowlin Funeral Home from 4 pm until 7pm, and will resume Tuesday morning from 10 am, until service time at 11 am. Dorothy was born May 20, 1935, in Martin, TN, to the late Milburn and Annie Parker Shopher. She was a member of the Russwood Baptist Church in Springville, TN. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Parham, her sister; Mary Sue Altenberger, and her step-son; Ricky Parham. She is survived by one son Jeff (Vickie )Borneman of Alva, OK, one daughter Debby (Johnny) Darnell of Springville, TN, one step son Ronnie Parham of Spring Creek, TN, one step daughter Teresa Davison of Huntingdon, TN, one brother Harrel(Evonne)Shopher of Dresden, TN, one sister Nancy (Bobby )Malone of Memphis, TN, 9 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
