Dr. James Barton Shanklin, 64, of Macomb, IL, formerly of Latham, TN, died Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, IA. Funeral services for Mr. Shanklin were Friday, October 30, 2015 at 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church near Latham with burial immediately following in New Hope Church Cemetery.
