Earnest Samuel "Sam" Slusser, 77, of Dresden, TN died Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at his residence in Dresden, TN. Funeral services were Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.

Sam was born in Mifflinville, PA to the late Earnest Roy and Esther Mae Lex Slusser. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred M. Wenner Slusser. Sam was a member of the Dresden Masonic Lodge #90, a mail truck driver for H. B. Phillips, Inc., and a member of the River of Life Church of God in Dresden, TN.

Sam is survived by a daughter, Brenda Lee Rayburn of Dresden, TN; a son, Brian Lee Slusser of Dresden, TN; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
