Eddie Dean Tackitt

Eddie Dean Tackitt, age 58, of Dresden, TN died Saturday March 17, 2012 at his home. Funeral services were Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Martin Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Tackitt was born April 22, 1953 in New Albany, MS to Syble Miller Tackitt and the late Eddie Johnson Tackitt. He was a utillity man and millworker at KT Clay Company. He was Baptist in faith. He married Brenda Scott on December 22, 1973.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Scott Tackitt of Dresden; son, Andy (Amanda Jo) Tackitt of Dresden; daughter, Deena (Jamie) Smith of Dresden; 5 grandchildren; mother, Sybil Miller Tackitt of New Albany, MS; brother, Randy (Tanya) Tackitt of Brandon, MS; and sisters, Diane Nunnery of McKenzie, TN, Vicki (Bo) Caldwell of Helton, KY, and Cheryl (Danny) Kredo of New Albany, MS.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Jason William Tackitt.
