Ellis Roger Janes

Ellis Roger Janes age 78 of Dresden, passed away on November 20, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Graveside funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 1:30 PM inside Eastside Cemetery in Martin with Bro. Bob Copeland offciating the service. Ellis Roger Janes was born March 10, 1938 to the late Ulis G. Janes and Edna Mae Ellis Janes in Sharon, TN. He was a self employed concrete worker. He is survived by his wife; Jackie Osteen Janes,he was the father of Roger (Cathy) Janes of Gleason, Wanda (Greg) Copeland of Palmersville, Rita Janes (Lynn McMillin) of Dresden, Becky (Kevin) Williams of Crossville, AL. He is also survived by his brother Gene Janes of Indiana, his 2 sisters; Colleen Moon of Martin, and Mildred Frields of Memphis. His grandchildren; Stephanie (Todd) Carter, Wesley (Michelle) Brock, Daniel Janes, Savanna Janes, Wyatt Williams, and Brayden Williams, his great grandchildren; Blake Arnold, Caden Brock, Isaiah Brock, and Luke Carter.
