Eugene Lawrence (Mcdaniel)

Mrs. Eugene Lawrence, 91, of Martin, TN died Friday, November 28, 2014 at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Funeral services for Mrs. Lawrence were Friday, December 5, 2014 at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the West Union Cemetery near Dresden.

Mrs. Lawrence was born February 14, 1923 in Weakley County, TN to the late Willie Sherman and Ortha Rudd McDaniel. She was an inspector for HIS for twenty five years and also a homemaker. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Sharon. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Lawrence, Sr., sisters; Ruby Gallimore, Laverne Allen, Opal Perry and Novella Lawrence, brothers; Dennis, J.D., Thomas and Reavis McDaniel, daughter in law, Joyce Ann Taylor Lawrence and niece, Geneva Lamb.

Survivors include her son, James Howard Lawrence, Jr., of Martin, TN, grandchildren, Brian (Carrie) Lawrence and Justin (Melony) Lawrence, eight great grandchildren, Joshua, Heather, Brianna, James Michael Lawrence, Amanda and Kerry White and Stephanie and Lennie Burton and one brother, Clois (Carolyn) McDaniel of Martin.
