Garl David Winstead

Mr. Garl David Winstead, age 86, of Dresden, TN, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the Weakley County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dresden, TN. Memorial services for Mr. Winstead were Friday, March 2, 2012 at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden, TN. Mr. Winstead was born November 15, 1925 in Dresden, TN to the late William B. and Pernia Smith Winstead. He was Methodist by faith. He is survived by a daughter, Robbie Johnson of Gleason, TN, 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald David Winstead; four brothers, Joe, Herman, Huston, and Edward Winstead; a sister, LaNelle Strum; and his parents, William B. and Pernia Smith Winstead.
