Gary Eli Gibbons

Gary Eli Gibbons, 52, of Martin, TN died Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin. Funeral services were Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Bible Union Cemetery.

Mr. Gibbons was born January 15, 1963 in Martin, TN to Virginia Louise Crittendon Gibbons of Austin Springs, TN and the late Daniel Cullen Gibbons. He was a professional painter for H & H Construction and attended Ruthville Baptist Church. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Noah Gibbons.

Gary is survived by his mother, Virginia Gibbons of Austin Springs, sons, Matt Gibbons of Lakeland, TN, Zak (Sasha) Gibbons of Danville, IL and Ethan Leonard of Odell, IL, two grandchildren Layla and Eli Gibbons of Danville, IL, brother, Jeff Gibbons of Sharon,TN, and sisters, Maudie Weedman of Dresden, Elizabeth Estes of Austin Springs, Frieda Stokes of Sharon and Shelby Brooks of McKenzie.
