Gerald Wilkerson, 83 of Dresden, passed away Monday evening at AHC Healthcare in Union City. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 2 pm at Pleasant View Cemetery near Latham. Burial will immediately follow. Visitation will be Wednesday at Bowlin Funeral Home from 10 am until 1:30 pm. Mr. Wilkerson was born September 14, 1937 in Obion, TN, to the late Leo and Hadie Thomas Wilkerson. He was a electrician by trade. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Sue Wilkerson, children Matt (Angi) Jones, Shane (Lena) Wilkerson, Debbie (Gary) Casey, Julie (Robert) Baker, Sherrie (Joe) Hayden, Jennifer (Jason) Kemp, Sandi (Connie) Roudenbush, 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers, 1 sister, 2 children Gerald jr., and Margaret, and 2 grandchildren Shane David Wilkerson and Glenn Casey
