Glenn Hugh Smethwick

Mr. Glenn Hugh Smethwick, 69, of Palmersville, TN died Monday, March 2, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services were Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 10:00 am at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Matheny Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Smethwick was born February 8, 1946 in Martin, TN to the late Will Perkins and Adriane Valeria Mansfield Smethwick. He was a self employed farmer and a former Industrial Arts teacher in the Weakley County School System. He was a member of the Union Chapel Church of Christ. Mr. Smethwick married Shirley Ann McDaniel on August 14, 1965.

Mr. Smethwick is survived by his wife, a daughter, Jennifer (Ben) Moore of Dresden, TN, son, Kevin (Amy) Smethwick of Palmersville, TN and five grandchildren.
