Hjorfrid "Laurie" Pritchett

Hjorfrid Mary "Laurie" Pritchett, 81 of Dresden, passed away Tuesday July 22, 2025 at her home. Funeral services will be Friday, July 25, 2025, at 12 noon at the Dresden First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday at the church from 10 am until service time at 12 noon. Laurie was born on January 7, 1944  in Reykavik, Iceland to the late Henry and Thorey Karlsson. Laurie is survived by 3 sons Andrew, Richard, and John Pritchett, and a sister Asta Karlsson, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carmon Pritchett.
