James B. "Bud" Butts

Services for James B. "Bud" Butts, 86 of Dresden, were held Monday, November 14, 2016, at 11AM, inside Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in Sunset Cemetery. Bud was born in Medina, TN on May 24, 1930 to the late Raymond Thomas and Ruby Catherine Brooks Butts. Mr. Butts was retired from the United States Army. He is survived by his wife Betty Sue Johnson Butts of Dresden, and a daughter, Dana(Steve) Workman of Powder Springs, GA, 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Charles T. Butts, and his son James Stanley "Jim" Butts.
