Janice Bell Hamlin

Janice Bell Hamlin, 84 of Sharon, passed away Tuesday June 28, 2022 at her her home. Funeral services will be Friday, July 1, 2022 at 1 PM at Sharon First Baptist Church with Bro. Josh Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 11 am until service time at 1 PM. Janice was born July 10, 1937 in Mckenzie, TN to the late Ewing and Bertie Berryhill Brawner. She is survived by sons Kelly and Carey Hamiln, daughter Starla (William) Cooper, grandchildren Candace (Eric) Allman, Dena (Anthony) Carter, Deidra Ann (Jonathon) Crafton, and Steven Hamlin, great grandchildren Andrew (Amber), and Landon Carter, Cooper and JonReece Allman, Rylin and Isabel Crafton and great great grandchild Rhett Asher Carter. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Jerry Hamlin, brothers Ralph and Walter Thomas Brawner, and son Steve Hamlin. She was a faithful member of Sharon First Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Sharon First Baptist Church in her memory.
