Mr. J.C. White, Sr., 97, of Mayfield, KY died Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Arbor Place in Clinton, KY. Funeral services for Mr. White were Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel in Dresden, TN with burial following in Hopewell Cemetery in Gleason.

Mr. White was born in Gleason, TN on November 24, 1917 to the late Rastus Earl and Martha White. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Mayfield, KY. Mr. White was also a World War II Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Cook White and son, J.C. White, Jr. He is survived by his grandson, Jason White of Mayfield, KY and niece, Ann (Willie) Alexander of Fox Point, Wisconsin.
