Jesse Addison Anderson

Mr. Jesse Addison Anderson, Jr., age 85, of Dresden, TN formerly of Dallas, TX, died Thursday, March 8, 2012 at his residence in Dresden, TN. Memorial services for Mr. Anderson will be conducted on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Dresden First United Methodist Church. Friends may call Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at Dresden First United Methodist Church. Mr. Anderson was born on April 7, 1926 in Gainesville, GA to the late Jesse Addison, Sr., and Gena May McBrayer Anderson. He attended the Dresden First United Methodist Church in Dresden, TN. He recieved a Bachelor's Degree from University of Georgia and was a member of Dresden Elks Lodge #2373. He is survived by a son, Jay (Wendy) Anderson of Cookeville, TN; daughter, Carolyn (Lamar) Hardman of Waxhaw, NC; stepdaughter, Amelia (Jaques) Natanson of Dallas, TX; two brothers, Dr. Joe (Patty) Anderson of Dresden and Robert E. (Rose) Anderson of Skokie, IL; 4 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Prentiss Anderson and a brother, John H. Anderson.
