Jimmy Dean Dilday, age 77 of Dresden, passed away April 6, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be 4/8/2022 with visitation beginning at 10:00am and service starting at 1:00pm with burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery. Bro. Joe Williamson, Bro. Keith Sumner, and Bro. Terry Griffin will be officiating the service. Mr. Jimmy was born February 27, 1945, in Lyles, TN to the late Peggy Marilyn Bynum. He is survived by his wife Sue E. Dilday, his son Randy (Tracy) Dilday, his brother Terry (Shirley) Bynum, his grandchildren Tiffany (Daniel) Phifer and Erica (Michael) Scott, and his great grandchildren Coltyne Gearin, Presley Scott, Dylan Phifer and Lincoln Phifer. Besides his mother, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ray Bynum and his sister Beverly Bomar. He was a member of Bible Union Baptist Church and veteran of TN National Guard.
