Joyce Grinder Gatewood, 76, of Dresden, TN died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Weakley County Rehab and Nursing Center. Funeral services were Saturday, August 31st at 10:00 am at Bowlin Funeral Home with burial following in Macks Grove Cemetery in Dresden.

Mrs. Gatewood was born August 15, 1937 in Gibson County, TN to the late Hubert and Sarah Oma Needham Grinder. She was a supervisor for Kellwood Manufacturing and a member of Macks Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Dan Gatewood.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Ziegler of Dresden,one grandson Michael Ziegler of Dresden, one great grandchild, and sister, Diann (Dean) Williams of Dresden.
