Katherine Joyce Hopper

Katherine Joyce Hopper, 74 of Dresden, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at her home. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday December 8, 2023 at 11 am at Sunset Cemetery. Burial will immediately follow. Visitation will be held Friday morning at Bowlin Funeral Home from 9 am until 10:45 am. Joyce was born on November 13, 1949 in Obion, TN to the late James Walter and Mildred Louise Tharpe Lyons. She was a member of Long Heights Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Donald Ray "Don" Hopper of Dresden, son Kris (Jenny) Hopper of Dresden, daughter Traci (Jimmy) Watson of Dresden, sisters Gail McConnell of Franklin, Becky (J.D.) Sanders of Troy, and Anita Larsen of Durango, CO, grandchildren Taylor (Emily) Barnett of Dresden, Ashley (Sam) Ruth of Medina, Johnathan (Ali) Watson of Dresden, and Noah Duncan also of Dresden, and 9 great grandchildren.
