Kathy Louise Flegel, age 60 of Palmersville, TN., died on Sunday, 12/22/19 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 12/28/19 in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Morgan Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening, 12/27/19 at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and again on Saturday morning from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am.

Kathy is survived by her mother, Opal Lewis of Rolla, MO., her sons, Aaron Flegel of Rolla, MO., Josh Flegel of St. James, MO., her sister, Donna Roesner of Rolla, MO. and her husband, Larry Kibbler of Palmersville, TN.
