Larry Dale Crowell, Sr., 70, of Dresden died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Crowell were Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Morgan Cemetery near Palmersville.

Mr. Crowell was born December 29, 1943 in St. Louis, MO to the late Dale J. and Genola Hendrix Crowell. He was a maintenance worker at Walmart and previously worked as a Master Welder at DICO for 17 years. He was Baptist by faith and attended Davis Memorial Baptist Church. Mr. Crowell was also preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Ann King Crowell and a brother, Dale Crowell. He is survived by his daughter, Tina Marie (Freddie) Crowell of Mayfield, KY and sons; Larry Dale (Penny) Crowell, Jr. of Dresden and Buddy Joe (Elisha) Crowell of Medina, TN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and brothers, Michael Crowell of Georgia, Ron Mason of Georgia and Don Mason of Dresden.
