Larry Joe Lofton

Mr. Larry Joe Lofton age 71, of Dresden passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Lofton were held on Sunday, April 17 inside Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in Sunset Cemetery.
Larry Joe Lofton was born on June 5, 1944 to the late Leroy Lofton and Mary Lucinda Fry in Polk Station, TN.
Mr. Lofton was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He was a self employed upholester at his shop after being a supervisor at Dico. He is survived by his wife; Angie Parraz Lofton of Dresden, 2 daughters; Tonia Cox, and Angela (Joe) Ferguson, 3 brothers; Carl (Joyce) Lofton, Earl (Jean) Lofton, and Allen (Dana) Lofton.
He also leaves behind one grandson; Dustin Cox and one great grandson; Harley Cox. He was preceded in death by one grandson; Adam Knight and his first wife; Diana Lofton.
