Leonard Carl Hardin

Leonard Carl Hardin, 81, of Dresden, TN died Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt, TN. Funeral services for Mr. Hardin were Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery.

Mr. Hardin was born October 15, 1933 in Mason Hall, TN to the late James Aaron and Bertie Gilliam Hardin. He was a well driller for the City of Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Department. He married Mary E. Gearin on April 11, 1954. Mr. Hardin was a member of Macks Grove Baptist Church in Dresden, TN and a US Army and Air National Guard Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Montez Wooten.

Leonard is survived by his wife, Mary E. Hardin of Dresden, sons; Larry (Cindy) Hardin of Lebanon, TN and Len (Nicole) Hardin of Dresden, daughter, Lori Jackson of McKenzie, TN, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, sisters; Reba Hardin and Illa Lackey both of Memphis.
