Linda Brewer Cozart, age 63, of Dresden, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. Funeral services for Mrs. Cozart were Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Hopewell Cemetery near Gleason. Mrs. Cozart was born June 30, 1948 in Weakley County, TN to the late Howard and Brooxie Sawyers Brewer. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church near Dresden, TN. She is survived by a daughter, Bobbi (Wesley) Riggs of South Fulton, TN; two brothers, Bill Brewer of Palmersville, TN and Jerry (Mary Jane) Brewer of Gleason, TN; three sisters, Betty Hearn of Gleason, TN, Barbara Pence of Greenfield, TN and Martha (Ray) Hayes of Gleason, TN; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Cozart; parents, Howard and Brooxie Sawyers Brewer; and a sister, Mary Elliot.
