Mrs. Linda Darlene Brown Gifford, 68, of Fairfield, IL died Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. Graveside services were Monday, September 15, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Old Bethel Cemetery near Palmersville, TN with burial immediately following.

Mrs. Gifford was born October 16, 1945 in Wayne County, IL to Linnie Sutton Brown Lamb and the late Cletus Brown. She was a respite care worker. She was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Lee Wilkerson, II. and stepfather, R.C. Lamb. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Gifford of Fairfield, IL, her mother, Linnie Lamb of Fulton, KY, brother, Jim (Karen) Brown of South Fulton, TN, stepson, Gary Gifford of Albion, IL, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
