Linda Lou Welter, age 67, of Palmersville, TN died Monday, September 5, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. There will be no funeral services for Mrs. Welter. Mrs. Welter is survived by four sons, Gary Anderson of Palmersville, TN, Eric Anderson of Apache Junction, AZ, Adam Anderson of Flandreau, SD, and Kyle Welter of Gilbert, AZ; one daughter, Maria Anderson of Pasadena, CA; one brother, Jerry Baldwin of Kadoka, SD and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Marie Larson Baldwin and a sister, Mary Ann Scheurle.
