Maggie Lounell Ellis, 94 of Dresden, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022, at Weakley County Nursing Home. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, November 28, 2022, 2:00 pm at Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday at Bowlin Funeral Home from 1 pm until 1:45 pm. Maggie was born on November 25, 1928 to the late James Robert and Ora Ethel Fanning Stanfill. Sheis survived by one son Dennis (Kay) Ellis of Dresden, one daughter Barbara Harding of Dresden, sisters Melba McDaniel of Lewisburg, TN, and Jewel Presgrove of Lansing, MI, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren,and 1 great great grandchild. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ernest "Sonny" Ellis
