Maggie Poyner (Morgan)

Mrs. Maggie Morgan Poyner, 94, of Dresden went to be with her Maker on May 29, 2015 surrounded by her children. Graveside services for Mrs. Poyner were Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 10:30 AM at New Hope Church Cemetery near Latham with burial immediately following.

Mrs. Poyner was born August 6, 1920 in Weakley County, TN to the late Abner and Ethel Francis Morgan. She was a seamstress for Kellwood and a member of Macks Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norris Hayden Poyner.

She is survived by her children, H.D. Poyner of Elk Grove Village, IL. Odell Poyner of Waverly, TN, Anna Pate and Shirley Pflueger of Latham, TN and Mary Ford of Lakeview, SC along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
