Maritza Delosangeles Cross (Umana)

Mrs. Maritza Delosangeles Umana Cross, 81, of Dresden, TN died Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services were Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 2:30 PM in the chapel of Bowlin Funeral Home with burial following in Sunset Cemetery.

Mrs. Cross was born September 27, 1933 in San Jose, Costa Rica to the late Benard and Ermila C. Lopez Umana. She married Joseph Barry Cross on April 14, 1963 in Chicago, IL. Joe preceded her in death in March, 2014. Maritza was a homemaker and a member of Macks Grove Baptist Church.

Maritza is survived by sons; Michael (Tina) Cross of Murfreesboro, TN, Barry (Amanda) Cross of Jackson, TN and Joseph (Beth) Cross of Martin along with five grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded by one sister and one brother.
