Martha Jo Sumner age 89 of Dresden passed away on April 9, 2023, a memorial service will be held on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at Bible Union Baptist Church in Martin, from 4:00 pm until worship service at 6:00 pm. Martha Jo Sumner was born November 21, 1933 to the late Lester Erwin Overton and Salley (Mays) Overton in Union City, Tennessee. She is survived by her sons, Keith and Scott Sumner of Dresden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Earl Sumner.
