Maurice Lamar Mchaney

Funeral services for Maurice Lamar McHaney, age 30 of Hickman, KY., formerly of Dresden will be held on Saturday, 11/30/19 in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 pm with burial to follow in Sunrise Cemetery in Dresden. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time at 1:00 pm.

Maurice Lamar McHaney was born November 8, 1989 in Martin, TN. to Tracy (Rhonda Miller) McHaney and Penny Johnson, he passed from this life on November 23, 2019 in Evansville, IN.  He is survived by his mother and father, his wife, Billie Jean Martin McHaney, his step daughter, Carla (Jared) Grissom of Germany, his brother, Andrew McHaney of Frankfort, KY., his two grandchildren, Hunter Grissom and Bentlee Johnson, numerous nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind uncle, Ricky (Pam) McHaney of Dresden, his aunts, Terri McHaney,  Sheliah Mallory both of Nashville, Dyan Panah of Dresden.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruth McHaney Lightner, his uncles, Howard and Wayne McHaney.  He was a roofer and a member of Central Baptist Church in Martin, TN.
