Melinda Failes

Melinda Failes age 52 of Florida, formerly of Dresden passed away on Tuesday, August 16, in Florida. Graveside funeral services for Ms. Failes were held on Wednesday, August 24, at 1:00 PM inside the Oak Grove Cemetery in Dresden, TN. with burial that followed there. Bro Rick Walker offciated the services. She is survived by her mother: Shirley Essary Palmer of Gilson, IL also formerly of Dresden. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Bowlin Funeral Home. Melinda Kaye Failes was born June 27, 1964 in Martin, TN, to the late Kenneth Drew and Shirley Essary Palmer. She is survived by her mother; Shirley Essary Palmer of Gilson, IL.; her four sons; Chad Nelson, Matthew Sorrell, Dewey Helton, Kenny Helton; one daughter; Tina Dickerson; and 12 grandchildren.
