Michael Jerry Belew

Michael Jerry Belew, 65, of Latham, TN died Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Funeral services were Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in New Hope Cemetery in Latham. Timmy Walker officiated the services.

Mr. Belew was born November 28, 1949 in Watervielt, MI to the late W.D. and Thelma Mitchell Belew. He was a retired truck driver for Doyle Sims Trucking Company. He was Baptist by faith and a U.S. Vietnam Army Veteran. He married Sheila Marie James on February 16, 1970. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Belew.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Marie James Belew of Latham, sons; William Christopher Belew of KY and Jeffrey Scott Belew of Dresden, and three grandchildren.
