Mildred Ann Taylor Crofford

Graveside Funeral services for Ms. Mildred Ann Taylor Crofford age 81 of Dresden were held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM in Sunset Cemetery. Mildred was born April 17, 1936 to Wade and Bera (Hill) Taylor. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Elizabeth. Mildred worked at Bay Bee Shoe Company following high school and enjoyed those friendships for many years. She was a Room Mother and PTA volunteer throughout her daughters' school years. She was a Sunday school teacher and member of Lebanon Church of Christ.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Dan, and survived by daughters Danna (Stan) Kelley of Alpharetta, GA and Amy (Sam) Hargrove of Ringgold, GA. Grandchildren Nathaniel Crofford Hargrove and Taylor Glasgow Kelley will always remember the many humorous birthday cards that "Mama Mil sent them over the years.
The family would like to thank the staff of Weakley County Nursing Home for their care and kindness. Memorial donations may be made to Lebanon Church of Christ, Lebanon Cemetery Fund, or a charity of choice.
