Myrtle Ruth Hutchison, 87, of Dresden, TN died Monday December 10, 2012 at her residence. Graveside services were Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Obion County Memorial Gardens with burial immediately following..
Mrs. Myrtle was born in Columbia County, Illinois to the late Wilson B. and Georgie Etta Spradley Hutchison. She was a retired seamstress at H.I.S. and also a retired laundry worker at Weakley County Nursing Home, and was a member of Bible Union Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leon Ceorthen; a son, George Lee Ceorthen; a daughter, Bonnie Stewart; a grandson Johnny Stewart; a brother, Wilson B. Hutchison, Jr., and a half brother, Grady Anderson.

Mrs. Myrtle is survived by her daughter, Wilma Jean (Jerry) Doughty of Dresden, TN; a grandson, Kevin Doughty of Dresden, TN; and a sister, Annabelle Harris of Dyersburg, TN.
